Ive been shopping with kaleidoscope for over 20 years so they must be doing something right. Quality and fit very good. Delivery is normally spot on and quick ,but hermes let you down last time, delivering my parcel to the wrong address (not your fault). I will carry on shopping with kaleidoscope for the foreseeable future.

i ordered 2 items. when they arrived one wasnt what i ordered at all so i rang customer services. the person the other end couldnt seem to grasp what i was trying to explain and tried to charge me for the item i had ordered but hadnt arrived!! he just seemed confused and it took me an age to get him to understand that i had ordered trousers and a top but shoes and a top had been deliverd. i had paid for the items but he was adament i needed to pay for the trousers that hadnt arrived in the package !!! i arranged for collection to return for a refund but several weeks later i still havent had a refund. i rang them yesterday to see what was happening and they had no idea! the lady who i was speaking with seemed incompetent to handle my query and kept putting me on hold. she told me a manager would ring me back and im still waiting on that call.!!! dreadful customer service. all in all a terrible experience. ive ordered before with no issues but if you have issues it seems they are unable to resolve them. this will be the last time i order from this company

Fit well, but the material is rather thin, so as these are white you need to wear a tunic or very long top with them otherwise your underwear shows through.

I found the items to look cheap in reality, and a very strange fit -I'm 5'0", and 7st 12 lbs, a standard size 10 or 12, depending on the make. Have bought from Kaleidoscope for many, many years, but now finding clothes very dull, with lots of the same on sale every catalogue, and most looking very cheap. Sorry to say this, after such a long time!

It was a lovely skirt well made and the delivery was ultra fast. However, i found it cheaper elsewhere, so I returned it. Customer services were very helpful in organising my discount which for some reason, hadn't been deducted from my order.

First order extremely disappointed I had ordered plant pots and they were dirty and had got soil in them so obviously they had been returned secondly ordered garden lights delivery was 3 weeks now there coming in July I won’t use this company again

Excellent quality clothes, everything fir spot on. I will definitely order again.

My order arrived earlier than expected and I am more than satisfied with the quality of the goods. I had ordered one size larger and am glad I did so as due to the cut of one of the dresses, my usual size would not have fitted. Otherwise both dresses and the three quarter length jacket are good fits.

After ordering from this company I was given the chance to do the pick a box game and won a Samsung Galaxy phone TROUBLE WAS the claims page was not working so thank you for nothing!!!!!!!!!

Use them often very efficient and returned are quick and easy.

Havent been a customer long and in all fairness i hate to leave bad reviews, but there customer service is awful. i had to return something was my first order no return slips i rang 6 times over a matter of a month as not recieved slips as promised even though was told they were sent out everytime, i ordered this week a Hoover£180 it came with broken seals, damaged box and obvious someone had been in the box already. i rang to reject the goods but the representative was not English i could not understand a word she was saying, i had to keep asking her to slow down and repeat as she was just talking at a million miles an hours and she was rude and didnt listen, still not sure when they coming to collect...bad..

The goods were delivered quickly and exactly as ordered.
